Personnel of the Sierra Leone Police Force that investigated and charged the alleged murder case to court, alleged that the three accused persons brutally murdered the deceased and deposited his remains in a latrine pit at the above mentioned residence.

All of the accused persons allegedly conspired with other persons unknown to commit a felony to wit murder, contrary to Section (4) of Offences Against Persons Act of 1861 of the Sierra Leone’s Statutory laws.

The presiding Judge, Justice Allieu was unable to proceed with the trial of Demoh Bangura, Shollay Val Renner and David Sesay, due to fact that the State Prosecution could not bring forward any witness to testify.

In the light of this development, the Judge ordered that all accused be relocated to the Male Correctional Centre on Pademba Road in Freetown.

Before Justice Allieu adjourned the said murder case to Monday 9 October 2017, he called on the State Prosecution to explore all means humanly possible to bring forward witnesses for a speedy trial and to further dispensed justice to whom justice is due.

The State was represented by J M S Bull, whiles the first accused, Demoh Bangura was defended by Lawyer Ishmael Fillip Mammie and Barrister C Taulker from the Legal Aid Board represented the Second accused, Shollay Val Renner and  David Sesay.
