Police alleged that both accused persons conspired with other persons unknown to broke and enter in to the dwelling house of one Momoh Kosiak Sesay and stole one TV Plasma valued two million, five hundred thousand Leones, one twist watch valued two hundred and fifty thousand Leones.

The accused persons allegedly stole ladies dress and shoes valued thirty million Leones including physical cash of forty million Leones and both of them were granted bail, before Jabati Daddy Idriss Jesse stood as surety for the first accused, Micheal John Taulker.

As a result of the conspicuous absence of the first accused persons on subsequent adjourned dates, Justice John Bosco Allieu was left no option but to  issue bench warrant for the Jabati Daddy Idriss Jesse.

‘You  will remain in jail until you produce the accused person in court or pay the sum of twenty five million Leones as stated in  accused, Micheal John Taulker’s bail bond,” justice Allieu stated.

The state was represented by state Counsel A Kargbo and the Justice John Bosco Allieu adjourned the matter to 8 November 2017.
