The Jackpot won was Le71 Million (Seventy One Million Leones only), this happened to be the 24th incredible Millionaire Mercury International has made since the introduction of the 4/50 Jackpot Product in March, 2016.
As usual, Mercury International pay on behalf of it winners 10% withholding tax for winnings ranging from Le10 million and below and 20% for winnings ranging from Le10 million and above to the National Revenue Authority as a means of complying to tax regulations.
The winner (Mr. Samura) ended up taking home a whopping amount of Le58, 190, 00 (fifty eight million one hundred and ninety thousand Leones only) after tax deduction which accumulated to L12, 810,000 (Twelve million eight hundred and ten thousand Leones only).
Presenting the cheque to the winner at Mercury’s headquarter at Kroo Town Road Freetown, The Operations Manager, Mr. Joe Harb, admonished the winner to take full advantage of the opportunity; adding that such an amount is a life changing amount hence it should be used wisely.

Receiving the cheque, Mr. Samura expressed his profound thanks and appreciation to God for winning such an amount. He further praised Mercury International for giving less privileged Sierra Leoneans the opportunity to transform their lives by becoming millionaires overnight with minimal bet of Le2, 000.
“I have been playing Mercury’s products over six years now, I always have fate in Mercury and believe their games are real and credible, but some residents in my community have a feeling that the games are not genuine and that staff from within Mercury determines who will win their product. “I’m a family man with a wife and children. Also, I owned a piece of land for over ten (10) years, I have been praying for an opportunity to develop it but now is the right time, I will build my house and educate my children while continue selling my Poyo”. Mr. Samura Concluded.
