According to the legal luminary, he cannot get one of his witness in the person of Nuru Deen Yillah Sankoh, who is presently out of the jurisdiction.

It is in light of the aforementioned that the presiding judge, Hon. Justice Reginald Fynn, scheduled 24th December, 2018 for the Defence team to file in their no-case submission, 25th January, 2019 for the Prosecution and 4th February, 2019 for oral hearing respectively.

It can be recalled that months back, the ACC filed sealed indictments for corruption offences committed in the 2017 Hajj scholarship scheme.

The Commmission launched an investigation in August 2017 relating to the abuse of the scheme for the Muslim pilgrimage to the Holy Land of Mecca.
