Prior to operationalizing the idea, Junior Navo, as he is popularly called, was approached by one of Sierra Leone’s leading and ingenious  female artists, Zainab Sheriff aka Di Mamie nar Power, brain child of Zee Dee Multimedia, to support the Big Sister Reality Show initiative convincingly explaining how such will showcase the talents of young girls who will be participating in it and as well provide the platform for gaining exposure that could be harnessed to catapult them to a higher pedestal within the entertainment industry. She maintained that during the Show focus will be put on humour, nudity, eloquence and other attributes which the participants should exhibit.

After some well-meaning and thorough brain storming Junior Navo and Management of AYV fell for the idea and decided to come onboard. They there and then teamed up with Zee Dee Multimedia to come up with the 1st TV Reality Show in the history of the country ,Big Sister, which originally was meant for ten (10) participants but because of the keen interest shown by many young aspiring girls the number was increased to twelve (12).

After selection of the participants auditioning was then done to position them properly for the Show to fully commence. The participants will be in a House for one month period where they will exhibit their talents in a natural way on how to cook, socialize and undertake certain tasks. It will reach a stage when systematic elimination from the House will begin until ultimately there emerges the winner who will be the real Big Sister. So far the Reality TV Show which is shown on AYV Television Channel 34 has turned out to be very interesting and full of fun.

Supporting Big Sister is just one typical example of how enthusiastic Junior Navo is in embracing and propelling initiatives that will elevate young people in the entertainment industry and other spheres of life. “The AYV CEO is indeed a very good entrepreneur who always cherish innovation and support good ideas,” Mariama Thorlley a Banker frankly admitted to this medium wishing that other young people will follow the footsteps of Junior Navo.

In a snap phone chat with the CEO he intimated that the dream of AYV is to continue to create the platform for Sierra Leoneans who want to showcase their talents like Zainab Sherriff. “We are always ready to do so because we believe that opportunities must be afforded young people to bring out the best in them,” he enthusiastically confided.

It has been confirmed that AYV has latest state-of-the-art technological gadgets used in both radio and television broadcasting which is why the Empire now occupies an enviable position in the field of mass communications earning the phrase “Nar ihm Salone sabi”. “Without any iota of doubt AYV can now replicate any international Reality Show,” one of its top notch officials informed with a sense of pride adding how the last Presidential debate, election coverage, Miss Sierra Leone pageant and now Big Sister Show are just examples that justify his assertion.

According to Abdul Fonti Kabia, AYV ace presenter and seasoned journalist, the Empire owned by Junior Navo, is a multi-million dollar investment which has proved to be a success story in the country and has in his employ over 500 Sierra Leoneans. “It has studios all over Sierra Leone, one in London and recently opened its branch in the United States of America,” he also revealed.

Fonti added that AYV is broadcasting first hand news to Sierra Leoneans in the diaspora through its mobile app and has been rated as one of the few TV channels in West Africa that have mobile app further disclosing that it was just recently that it launched Channel 34 which is its second Channel and its brand new website. “The new Channel which is mainly for entertainment is doing well and is highly appreciated by many,” he proudly noted.

“Antony Junior Navo is a true patriot who sincerely means well for the development of this country,” a renowned Social Commentator said with honesty.
