Following the invite, the Leader and Chairman of the Alliance Democratic Party (ADP), Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray called on his supporters to storm the House of Parliament in protest to register their grievances against Mohamed Bangura and Christiana Thorpe. Kamarainba’s arrival at Parliament yesterday left the scene in upheaval.

Supporters of Mohamed Bangura and Kamarainba clashed, preventing Mohamed Kamarainba from entering the committee room where the scrutiny was being done. Placards with different inscriptions were displayed by supporters of both political personalities.

 It could be recalled following the appointment of Mohamed Bangura; Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray mounted a campaign against the approval of Mohamed Bangura as Minister of Information and Communications on grounds of legality, morality and ethics.

Meanwhile, following his appointment Mohamed Bangura has been widely acclaimed by Sierra Leoneans describing to make one of the best ministers in the country under the presidency of Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma.
