Satanic attributes of this bird cannot in anyway be unconnected with recent practices of some local politicians loyal to the SLPP and APC parties.

It is no secret that politics anywhere in the world is a tension and radical game but for politicians to go condense so low to an extent of wishing untimely death on their opponents as it is done in Sierra Leone, is something else, definitely not admirable.

It can be recalled that in the past few days, political loyalists of the SLPP and APC in and out of the country have indulged into what many locals described as “Korkor Politics” mostly on social media.

It is only in Sierra Leone that people have witnessed nationals wishing death for their own presidents and ministers.

Loyalists of the APC have in the past days been spreading fake news on social media of an untimely death on His Excellency President Julius Maada Bio and one of his ministers, Hon. Kanja Sesay.

On the other hand, loyalists of the SLPP spreading fake news of an untimely death of former Social Welfare Minister Dr. Sylvia Olayinka Blyden and Defence Minister Palo Conteh.

“Is this what our politicians have reduced themselves to?” is the key question rambling the minds of many people in and out of the country.

“For all we care, there are lots of very important national issues any serious opposition can handle and put pressure on the ruling government to address, there are lots of deprived national issues of development that a ruling government can concentrate in addressing rather than engaging themselves in such cheap, evil and ungodly politics.” Brian Johnson, a senior political analyst commented last evening.

Reasons why Sierra Leone politicians can stoop so low is still unexplained and ununderstood by Sierra Leone and they are now calling on God’s intervention.
