It can be recalled that last week, during Evidence in Chief, Pa Alimamy Santigie Kargbo made a startling revelation that the Project Manager Mustapha Turay deducted Le10,000,000 (ten million leones) from every payment due them as land owning families and that he at one time asked him to even put the said money under a mattress.

After producing some bank documents that were required of him yesterday, Justice Biobele Georgewill asked State Counsel Oladipo Robbin-Mason to make the witness a Person of Interest to clarify some of the allegations made against him by land vendors.

The judge further asked him to seek the services of a lawyer as he would have to defend himself against the allegations made already.
