Police alleged that the accused person conspired with unknown individuals to break and entered into the premises of the first complainant, Kadrie Daboh and damaged one thousand sachets of water; also destroyed the front and back windshields of a vehicle with registration number, ANE 836, property of the second complainant, Bockarie Daboh.

Pastor Chambers is alleged to have committed the said offences between 1st March 2018 and 7th April 2018 at Gbendembu community, Goderich in the Western Area Rural District of the Republic of Sierra Leone.

On his initial appearance in the dock, he was granted bail by Magistrate Santigie Bangura in the sum of fifty million Leones and one surety in like sum.

The bail bond stated that the surety must be a residential citizen residing within the Freetown judicial district, and bail to be approved by the Deputy Assistant Master and Registrar.

Inspector Marie Marco Sesay is prosecuting. The matter is adjourned to 8 June this year.

In another development, one Abdul Achmed Bangura of 54 Bangura Street, Calaba Town was remanded at the Male Correctional Centre on Pademba Road in Freetown by Magistrate Santigie Bangura for allegedly committing criminal offences.

According to the statement of offence, the accused stole a Ford Everest Jeep with registration number ANK 748 valued thirty five thousand United States Dollars, equivalent to two hundred and sixty two million, five hundred thousand Leones; property of an organization called Health in Partners.

The accused, Abdul Achmed Bangura was employed by the above-named organization in Port Loko in the north-west region of Sierra Leone. He allegedly committed the offences of Conspiracy to Commit a Crime and Larceny by Servant, contrary to the laws of Sierra Leone

The matter comes up again on 8 June 2018.
