After looking through the file, Magistrate Moody granted the accused the sum of twenty five million Leones bail, two Surtees who must tender two passport size photos, a national identity card and must also be residents of the Freetown municipality.
The accused was charged with one count of sexual penetration contrary to section 19 of the Sexual Offences Act of 2012.
According to the particulars of offence before the court, Idriss Dumbuya alias Higher on Tuesday 3rd November 2015 at Taylor Street in Freetown did engage in an act of sexual penetration  of a child below the age of eighteen years (name withheld) to wit twelve years.
After Magistrate Albert Moody had granted the accused bail, he stood down the matter.
