 According to Andrew Lavalie, the dismissal of the former Vice President and people in elected offices is undemocratic.

He stated that the way forward in addressing such, start with the Presidency. He refers to the President as the biggest custodian of democracy now in Sierra Leone.  ‘It’s about how the President ensures to consolidate gains made. He added that the President should leave a legacy in establishing a good infrastructure and economic situation.
