The provided lights system will ensure development as well as improving rural education in Kambia district and across the country. Nancy added that children would employ the solar system lights to study and alleviate their educational out put.

She    further cautioned   the beneficiaries to look after the solar system, as she encouraged them to pay their monthly subscription in order to maintain and upkeep the solar lights.

Constituency 039 Member of Parliament, Hon. Patrick Lahai Kargbo in the Kambia district expressed gratitude to government and Barefoot Women for the boost which he said geared towards national development. He further encouraged the beneficiaries to handle the solar system with care, and that they are going to embarked on sensitization on how to use the solar system lights. 

Hon. Kargbo called on the people to make it a point of duty to pay the agreed subscriptions, in order to facilitate the implementation of the solar lights.

Dr. Sam Sesay a resident and beneficiary said that with the solar system, pupils will be conducive and be able to study for long duration, as he added that the solar system will register multiple developments in their district.

The beneficiaries extended their profound appreciation to the government and the Barefoot Women for providing lights system that ensure the utilization of electrical appliances in their respective homes.
