Sierra Leoneans from home and abroad have raised serious concerns over this development.

Some are even expressing fears that the government may have endorsed this deal but is now denying it because of the public outrage.

Others think I.B Kargbo is being targeted in a campaign of calumny as his letter to the Lebanese people which is being referenced seemed to have only proffered advice as to the processes involved in securing such approval from the government.

It was however dramatic when a State House vehicle reportedly stormed the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) yesterday to collect I.B Kargbo and drove him to State House.

Tongues are still wrangling as to what is happening with regards to this matter which is of concern to the citizens.

The ‘Dortigamy’ case was named after the Alie Kabbah bigamy case.
