He further stated that to lift the standards of the campus to other campuses is one of his intentions but also expressed disappointment over the snail pace of the ongoing FTC multipurpose hall which he attributed to bad administration by the Procurement Officer, Mr. Nelson who is facing series of allegations on the manner in which the said contract was awarded to two Lebanese constructions companies out of six companies that bid.
Dr. Sahr Phillie noted that the Procurement Officer has been sent on a one year leave based on the advice of the College Administrative Committee as a disciplinary measure.
He revealed that other programmes are ongoing to ensure that their dream of face lifting the campus is achieved.
