In the meantime, Director of Support Services, Assistant Inspector General (AIG) Foday U.K. Dabor has been appointed Acting Deputy Inspector General with immediate effect, according to a letter signed by Inspector General of Police Dr. Richard Moigbe.

Meanwhile, unconfirmed reports say Dr. Al-Sheik Kamara could have been sacked for his role in allegedly authorizing bailiffs to demolish the National Social Security and Insurance Trust (NASSIT) block factory at Goderich, apparently without a court order. Investigations continue.
