From all implications it is evident that for a long time these people have been using the seashore as a toilet facility which is an embarrassment to the fact that the officers who sacrifice themselves to protect life and properties don’t even have the basic amenities life deserve.

The rehabilitation of the toilet according to him is to fulfill part of the promises he made to the community as their representative in Parliament.

According to Mr. Tawa Conteh, this project costs Le26, 327,000 undertaken to restore the respect and human dignity deserved by these men and women  

In his brief statement, the Commandant for Juba Barracks Sulaiman James said, as they lacked a respectable and dignified toilet facility, there will be an appropriate policing mechanism set to ensure proper use of the toilet facilities for a lasting sustainability

Some women expressed their deepest gratitude for the gesture and pleaded that even though the military is believed to be independent yet, they sometimes need help from external sources.
