He further told the court that, the third accused then instructed a lady called Oseh to usher them into the compound of Baimba Moi Foray and were served food and drinks.

The witness explained that after enjoying some moment of swimming expedition with DJ Cleff together with other guests in the compound of the first accused, Baimba Moi Foray, he came out of the swimming pool and went to collect his clothing from a distance.

He added that his friends, Tunde Scott, Sahr David Moseray including himself, later enquired about DJ Cleff from the third accused, Avril Oreh Renner, who told him that DJ Cleff had gone home. He said that was the last time he saw the deceased, Sydney Buckle in the residence of the first accused, Baimba Moi Foray at Aberdeen in the west part of Freetown.

The witness said since they could not trace DJ Cleff in the residence of Baimba Moi Foray, they returned to his residence at 42 Wilkinson Road and contacted their friend who directed them to the residence of the deceased relatives. He said on their arrival, they enquired for DJ Cleff, but that they also could not ascertain his whereabouts.

As a result of this, he said his friends and the relatives of DJ Cleff went to the third accused, Avril Oreh Renner’s residence at Juba Hill in Freetown, and that on their arrival, he said Avril Oreh Renner asked them whether they have come to arrest her but that they responded in the negative.

He concluded by stating that the deceased relative advised that they should all report at the Aberdeen Police Division, where statements were obtained from the third accused, Avril Oreh Renner, Sahr David Moseray, Tunde Scott; including himself and other people connected to the alleged murder of Sydney Buckle, aka DF Cleff.

The state legal team was headed by the Director of Public Prosecution, Sulaiman Bah and the first accused and third accused were represented by I.P Mamie. The second accused was represented by Lawyer Pious Hemor Sesay.
