According to the Deputy Vice Chancellor Professor Samuel Edmond Nonie, the past two administrations of IPAM worked immensely on improving the infrastructure. He added that they constructed a seven storey building.

Professor Nonie disclosed that two key aspects of their strategic five years plan are the introduction of more courses into the curriculum and introduction of post-graduate programs. Another aspect he said is the opening of the current campus for students which has helped resolved accommodation and capacity.

Another plan in the five year strategy is the construction of a residential campus for under-graduate students. The project, according to him is at foundation level and completion date of the entire project set for two years from now after start of the project within the next six weeks.
