The accused person is facing two count charges ranging for Obtaining Money by False Pretences, contrary to Section (32) sub Section (1) of the Larceny Act of 1916, and Fraudulent Conversion which negates Section (32); sub section (5a) of the Larceny Act of 1916.

Police alleged that the accused person, Abdul Aziz Kargbo, sometime in April 2018 in the Freetown Judicial District in the Western Area of the Republic of Sierra Leone with intent to defraud collected the sum of thirty four million Leones from the complainant, Ibrahim Samura and converted the said amount to his own use and benefit.

The State also alleged that the accused person defrauded one four runner jeep valued at eighty five million Leones at Percival Street in the Freetown Judicial District of the Republic of Sierra Leone entrusted to him by another complainant, Teddy Koroma; to the total value of one hundred and nineteen million Leones (Le119M).
