Documents available to this medium revealed that proprietors or managers of various hotels and entertainment centres along the Lumley beach in the west part of Freetown are not allowed to place any container at the beach front.

Evidence available to AYV also indicated that Mr. Fawaz had refused to clear off a twenty feet container he had placed in front of his Pearl Residence at 14 Lumley beach road , despite the fact that the management of the national tourist board had warned managers and proprietors of hotels and entertainment centres not to place any container along the Lumley beach front.

When this medium contacted Mr. Fawaz on his mobile phone for his reaction with regards the position of the national tourist board, he stated that he had received permission with document from the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Affairs to place container at the beach front.

He responded that he was going to photocopy the said document and would hand on the container in front of his investment at 14 Lumley beach road in Freetown, but later denied being the proprietor of Pearl Residence at 14 Lumley beach road.
