Police alleged that Aloysius Momoh between 30th May 2014 and 5th July, 2014 at No. 25 Henny Street in the Freetown Judicial District in the Western Area of the Republic of Sierra Leone, stole the sum of one hundred and thirty five million, four hundred and forty five thousand Leones (Le135,447,000), property of Xing Wang Business Limited.

The Charge Sheet further states that between the dates of 19 May 2014 and 20 June 2014 at the same Xing Wang Business Limited, Aloysius  Momoh  stole the sum of sixty four million, three hundred and thirty eight thousand, four hundred Leones, as well as eighty eight million, three hundred thousand Leones.

It is further alleged that Aloysius Momoh being the Marketing Manager of Xing Wang Business Limited also stole the sum of forty one million, five hundred thousand Leones and thirty four million, three hundred thousand Leones respectively. 

Forty four year-old Aloysius Momoh who lives at 46 Peninsular Road Goderich was expected to appear before Santigie Bangura presiding over the Freetown Magistrate Court No.1 at Siaka Stevens Street on Tuesday 28 August 2018.

He was charged to court by the Fraud Unit of the Criminal Investigation Department headquarter at Pademba Road, and statements were obtained from four witnesses in respect of the alleged offence of Larceny by Servant.
