“There was a time when the said he will never come to the United States. Little did they know that I want to come to the United States with siren. I was not in haste to come back here and I didn’t want to come back as an ordinary man. So, I am back in the United States. Some said he came for the UN meet and will not go out of the New York and now I am in Washington” President Bio brags amidst huge applauds.

He used the forum as an opportunity to encourage Sierra Leoneans in America and other parts of the world to be united, come back home and work for the betterment and development of Sierra Leone.

“As Sierra Leoneans, we have an opportunity to work together and a responsibility to fix our country. A lot has happened and a lot has gone wrong, so we owe it to ourselves to do the right thing. The time for finger pointing is over, it is time to get ourselves ready to make our contributions towards a Sierra Leone that we can all be proud of” the first gentleman told his audience in Washington.

He went on to inform them that he has pledged to provide quality leadership to make sure that there is efficient political and economic management of the State and its resources for the benefit of our people.
