The Director encouraged heads of schools to cooperate with the team as the activity is not a witch-hunt, noting that the activity is a crucial step towards helping Government’s budget preparation. In his statement, Paramount Chief Joseph Foday Musa of Jaiama Bongor thanked HEMDEF and partners for the initiative. He however catalogued numerous challenges in providing quality education in his chiefdom. The Zonal Supervision and Inspector of Schools MEST, Mr. Edison Rogers, commended the implementing partners for actively complementing Government in the area of education.

 

He maintained that the role they are implementing is a laudable venture and assured them of his continuous support. Meanwhile, school reports by heads of schools and the formation of Watch Clubs climaxed the occasion.
