The matter came up past weekend at the Fast Track Industrial and Commercial Court at Government Wharf in Freetown, but it was later adjourned to today Tuesday 16th January 2018 for further hearing.

The complainant said after the Management of Makie Building Materials exerted pressure on First Tricon Engineering and Road Construction firm for payment, in respect of the large quantity of cement and iron rod in question, officials of First Tricon ended up issuing Ecobank checks as payment, but all the checks bounced.
