Meetings have indeed been held both within the Sector and with hotel proprietors on such matters, but they have only been to discuss the recent trend of terrorist related activity in the West African sub-region and to seek the institution of proactive measues to prevent similar attacks in Sierra Leone.

The Sector wishes to assure the public of doing all within its capacity to prevent such attacks or to adequately respond if and when they actually occur. Everyone is urged to go about his/her normal business.
