The pronouncement of Counsel for the State however prompted responses from Magistrate Abubakar Binneh Kamara to enquire for police cyber expert, who was supposed to be cross-examined by Counsel. Representing Threesa Mbyomaya and Bokai Kokofele, Francis Ben Kaifala was conspicuously absent in court as it was mentioned by the court registrar.

Furthermore, Counsel for Theresa and Kokofele also made the similar application earlier made by State Counsel, M L Bull for the matter to be discharged.

 In his wisdom, Magistrate Binneh Kamara said that since there was no prosecution witness and the prosecution had informed that they have no intention to proceed with the matter; he would waste no time to discharged Theresa Mbomaya and Bokai Kokofele.

It would be recalled that, Theresa Mbomaya and Bokai Kokofele were arrested and charged to court, on two counts of Incitement and communicating false information, contrary to Public Order Act of 1965 of the laws of Sierra Leone.

They were remanded by Magistrate Binneh Kamara on their first appearance, in respect of charges preferred against them, but were later put on bail in the sum of Le50 million leones each.
