The newly-admitted beneficiary students into the University of Sierra Leone, Njala University, Ernest Bai Koroma University of Science and Technology, Milton Margai College of Education and Technology, Eastern Polytechnic and Freetown Teachers College will now be happy after the government windfall was announced yesterday.

Speaking on behalf of dozens of other STEM students, Abdul Thoronka, one of the beneficiaries told AYV in Makeni last night that “President Bio has demonstrated that education is indeed his key priority. We are simply amazed and cannot thank him enough for this timely and highly-appreciated gesture. May God richly bless him for coming to our aid.”
