The Particulars of Offence state that the accused persons committed the offence between 8 January 2018 and 1 March 2018. They were arrested by Detective Police Inspector S.K Mansaray attached at Bo West Police Division.

This press gathered that Police had obtained statements from ten witnesses, but that the matter was not tried when it was called for hearing due to the non-appearance of prosecution witnesses. Inspector IG Fofanah is prosecuting the matter.

The six women accused of defrauding the Business Director of Best in Supermarket are Mariama Conteh, Fatmata Kamara, Maria Koroma, Mamusu Jengbe, Yatta Kallon, and Salamatu Sandi.

The matter comes up again.
