While describing Yumkella as a newly registered member of the SLPP, Bio said the former UN Diplomat should go through what he described as ‘political apprentiship’ if he is serious about his political career.

He said Yumkella was a political imposter prior to his ‘recent registration as member of the SLPP’.

He further described John Oponjo Benjamin as a political opportunist and Dr. Tengbeh as a ‘fly’.

According to him, the recently formed SLPP Flagbearer Aspirants Alliance was a diabolical move aimed at preventing him from becoming flagbearer of the SLPP.

“I will never join that political trap whose mission is to gang up against my flagbearer aspirations,” he said, adding that he was going to defeat all of them in which ever shape or form they face him.

He cautioned John Benjamin to focus on his flagbearer campaign and desist from preaching hate messages against him, as according to him, he would even beat Benjamin in his Segbwema home town.

Bio described himself as the most qualified among those vying for the flagbearer position of the party.

Bio maintained that the problems within the SLPP are as a result of selfishness among the leaders of the party.
