Wang disclosed that the company is very important when it comes to infrastructure development in Sierra Leone. “Our company has always thought highly of social services. In the past years we have donated well over $300,000 worth of food and non-food items to the surrounding communities, schools and orphanages.”

He added that “during the Ebola epidemic and mud-slides disaster period our company undertook the responsibility of rescuing victims immediately by providing relief items and other support.”

WAOMC according to Wang manages the toll gates along the Wellington-Masiaka Highway, adding that the company is recognized and certified by the Chinese Embassy and the Economic and Commercial Councilor’s Office at the Chinese Embassy in Sierra Leone as a serious company.

Receiving the donation on behalf of the community, Hon. John Sattie Kargbo of Constituency 111 commended the Chinese Ambassador and CRSG Company, adding that it is a milestone in the history of the Hastings community.
