The unions welcomed the VP and thanked him for making history as the first high level political figure to visit their parks and union headquarters.

They expressed their overwhelming support for the VP as a son of port Loko. “Pa we dae behind tay go”.

The Bike riders crowned the VP as the supreme rider of the district. The VP also visited several Ataya bases in the town calling on the people to join forces together to move the district forward.

He personally appealed to the People to put Port Loko first and rally behind him to correct the historical injustice that the district has suffered over the years.

The VP will continue his visit tomorrow by visiting few villages in the environs of Port Loko town. He will end his visit in Kaffu-Bullom the home town of the VP. The VP is accompanied by few ministers, ambassadors and other dignitaries from the north-west region.
